Have used it before in the UK and so happy with my product, but for some reason you don't ship here now, which I find weird as so many people I know want to buy from you but cant, such a shame.

Pillow info on website is incorrect and unhelpful. Quality lower than expected.
I was excited and hopeful to find Society6, because they show a seemingly limitless variety of colorful pillow designs with good variety of sizes. I found a playful design that I really enjoyed and felt good about supposedly supporting artists. I bought two rectangular throw pillows that, according to the Society6 website were to measure 12 x 17 or slightly larger. The pillows' actual size was less than 10 inches x 15 inches. They were too small for my needs. Society6 customer service person seemed totally unconcerned the sizing info was incorrect and offered me 20% off to keep them. I declined and asked for a refund, suggesting I would order the next size up if someone there could provide me with accurate measurements. No one, apparently, could provide accurate sizing. Their explanation is that each pillowcase is handmade "just for me," so sizes vary. That may be true, but made-to-order sewing can certainly be cut to exacting standards and accurate sizing information provided on the website. I decided it wasn't worth the risk to reorder. I'm disappointed this didn't work out. I like that the pillows have the design on both sides and have zippers to remove the pillow insert for easy cleaning. They also appeared to be well sewn, although the fabric looked as though it would get dirty easily. Also, once the pillow insert is added, the fabric stretches, and the colors appear less vivid. I was expecting a higher quality, more resilient fabric. Society6 has no customer service telephone, so all my communication with them was via email and live chat. I'm giving them two stars instead of just one, because they did, ultimately, give me a full refund. Buyer beware.

This site is very slow...
As an artist this site is very difficult to use, it lags so much that I can't even see what I am doing, and no it is not my connection. I have very fast internet. It is so bad that I won't be using it anymore.

Excellent Quality!
I bought a new phone case for an iPhone 12. The picture on the case is far more vibrant than in the picture online. It’s very sturdy plastic. It arrived sooner than expected. It came only in a bubblewrap envelope >> no box, nothing! I cannot believe it arrived in perfect condition. I’d buy from Society6 again!

Stealing Work from Artists
They steal designs right of Threadless, where artists share designs, and reproduce them. I suspected this when they did exact knockoffs of a whole bunch of curtains etc from designer sites, but on the Threadless forums saw multiple artists warning each other.

Spammers
Once they get your email address, there is no way to stop them from sending you several messages/day. I've been trying, and they just ignore your unsubscribe requests.

If you're a creator, don't use this platform. It will make your customers unhappy.

If you're a customer, look some place else.

I ordered 4 posters and first time they…
I ordered 4 posters and first time they sent me 1 poster that I did not order and had another customers name n address on it on the receipt inside . They were from another state. And 2nd time they sent me only 2 of my 4 posters . It took forever to come in n now I have to wait another couple weeks for the other 2. They didn’t refund me any money or even try to meet my needs. They are the worse . Don’t buy from this site ! They don’t care about customers .

So careless!
I purchased 4 abstract wall art posters. They sent me a package that took forever to get n when it came in it wasn't my poster. It was 1 poster with a woman on it n inside it had a receipt with another persons name item number n address on it.n the adress was not even my state. How careless. So after I made a complaint they sent me only 2 of the 4 posters I ordered even tho the receipt inside specified that I ordered 4 posters. How careless! Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the other 2. You would think they would refund me some money or all but nope they didn't even care. Buyer beware do not order from them.

No what I was expecting -
I ordered some "Art Cards" - they came but were not folded, not boxed and the print quality was poor. I would NOT order from Society6 ever again. Somewhat expensive and poor quality compared to other sources.

Extremely disappointing - do not recommend
Extremely disappointing. Five out of six prints on damaged paper stock. Creases running all through them in different places so not caused by shipping. Do they not bother to look at items before wrapping? Damage is so obvious.

Wrapping paper failure
Society6 is a website that allows artists to sell products based on prints they make. So I purchased "JoJo - Jolyne Cujoh" wrapping paper off their site and received "Kawaii Clouds Wrapping Paper" instead, which is from a different seller. The product itself seems fine, but considering the platform does not care about sending the wrong item as this seems to have happened to another reviewer I am beyond disappointed.

Bait and Switch
The banner on the site says "Free shipping for orders over $75". I ordered over $75, but did not get free shipping. I asked the chat support person why and the answer was that the items I ordered are not included in the offer. That is misleading and I feel cheated. There was no mention of "certain items" on the banner. That's misleading and dishonest way of running a business.

I wonder how many Xmases they're going to ruin?
i ordered ICP wrapping paper, instead, i get pictures of Will Ferrell....BIG DIFFERENCE....i ordered this with the expectation that the order would be right on December 1st...on December 10th, i get a tube in the mail with my name on it, but it contains an order for a woman a couple of towns over....i'm leaving the country on the 15th and they couldn't care less that they've ruined this holiday for me and the kid that was supposed to get these gifts. i get an email this morning telling me to keep or donate the prints....i think i'll just burn them as they can't replace my order that they screwed up in a timely fashion....Society6 is a definite "do not buy from" here on out....i would have been happier if i had never placed the order in the first place

Overpriced Junk
Overpriced, junky Chinese products that took FOREVER to arrive. I was so disappointed in the items I FINALLY received. Print quality was bad; product was cheap; price was way too high. On top of all that, it took a month (a MONTH!) for the items to arrive, and shipping was not free. I requested the shipping status from customer service and it took three days to get a reply, which was just a cut-and-paste regurgitation of their shipping policy, not an actual update on my order. I won't bother to return the stuff because I'm sure I'll just be asking for more problems. But I learned my lesson and will never place another order.
